Bread rolls in the street

It was near the post office that I spotted two bread rolls in the street.

I think that they might have been Crispy Cobblers or Monkey Rums. I wanted (badly wanted) to pick them up and eat them but I was being observed by a policeman so I just kept walking.

Later, at home, I was gripped by an overwhelming sense of futility - an aporia that no amount of brioche could fill.

Bread rolls

I went shopping for bread rolls. On the shelves, there were so many kinds!

Faced with the crushing burden of choice in a meaningless universe, I went home empty handed.

Just ate grass in the end.

Dark empty nothing

Woke up.
Felt the curshing weight of non-being forcing all the joy out of every living pore in my poor, shattered body.
Bought an ice cream.
